Todd went to extra lengths to help locate and coordinate the company that would put in the Bruno handicap passenger seat and power lift for motor wheelchair. I spoke with Ines for a mere 10 minutes just before closing and without hesitation, she had the vehicle at the front ready to look at and even stayed late to give me the opportunity to test drive. Last but not least, since Ines was working with me just after closing, she took the informaiton needed, sent me directly to the page of the website to get the financing started, and handled everything until I could get there and what remained was for me to sign the paperwork. From start to finish, I spent less than an hour to find and make my purchase. This is the way buying a car should be.
