He is courteous, serious and deferential. At the same time he is easy going. The dealership offered trade-in values for two cars anticipated by research. Prices quoted for extras to the car were reasonable. I told Mr. Lishia I wanted over night to think about the deal and he insisted that was the right thing to do.
