Got My Bucket List Car This is our third purchase from Jerry's of Leesburg. I came in looking for my "bucket list" Mustang GT convertible with a manual shift and in silver. Cam is their Mustang expert and pointe dout to me the advantages of the automatic with the paddle shift. Mouhammad found the car in white at another dealer with all the options I wanted. With the 50th Anniversary package in white, I had found my car!! We went to contract. However, the other dealer decided not to part with it. Mouhammad worked for a week on putting together a "horse trade" to get MY car. I was overjoyed when he told me had it on its way. Allie was great in showing me the care package and then getting it all done before I picked up the car. It is a beauty to behold and was detailed out perfectly. We are really going to enjoy this vehicle for a very long time!! More

SUPERIOR DEALERSHIP We have been to several dealerships in both Virginia and Maryland and this was the BEST dealership we've ever been to. This young man, Travis Stevens We have been to several dealerships in both Virginia and Maryland and this was the BEST dealership we've ever been to. This young man, Travis Stevens worked extremely hard to find us a vehicle we liked. He took interest in helping us and did his own research! We basically ran away from another dealer because of Travis willingness to help. You don't see that in many sales folks now-a-days. Most dealers unfortunately are only interested in selling you a loan, not a car. Travis was not only interested in getting us a good deal, he was also knowledgeable about the car and its features. I commend Travis to a promotion, Mr. Eberle. He is a good man. You have a rare character in your crew, don't let him go work elsewhere. It was because of his dedication, that we spent 4+ hours working with the (also great) finance folks Michael Stoner (awesome tie!), Shawn Price (wants to try French food) and Mouhammad Gab-allah. Mouhammad who was the final finance person we worked with (and we gave him a hard time). He worked with the many banks he has access to and gave us the best interest rate keeping the payments where we wanted to be. Allie Faraji (customer relations) was very kind and took her time to explain us all kinds of protections we could add to our vehicle and etc. She was also very knowledgeable and polite. Everyone cared for us and wanted us to be happy. We left the dealer at night time (note we arrived at 3:00 PM) and drove home an great Ford Mustang. We are both recommending this dealer to all of our friends and co-workers. Thank you for the excellent and superior experience you provided us Travis, Allie, Shawn, Mike Stoner and Mo. We gave this dealer 5 stars because we meant to, and not just to quickly fill-out a survey. I took my time to write this 400+ words review because I am indeed happy and satisfied with my purchase from Jerry's Ford in Leesburg. Fact is, I never write reviews, I tend to think is a waste of my time. These folks deserved this review and I hope this helps anyone reading this go forth and give these guys a chance. They are NOT there to take your money. They are really interested in selling you A CAR and not just a loan. Go to another dealership I found my dreamcar at Jerry's. I called and test drove the car in the same day (Friday), put a down payment on it and was ready to buy on Monday. When Monday rolls around I get a call that the car has been sold to someone else but they can find me another one. Im sorry? What? MMMMM no thats not really how the whole "down payment" thing works. So after a lot of issues they finally find me another of the same make and model, not the color I wanted but I still liked it. So after all the fees and nonsense theres another 7,000 tacked on to the original price. After ordering placemats with them, they were sent to the wrong address and they were not even for my vehicle. AND they weren't the $300 weather tech ones I ordered instead they were a crappy $40 set for a ford explorer, I have a ford fusion. After that was all settled and having to pay to ship them back (never got reimbursed like I said I would). I realized that my car has 1,081 miles on it however my "trip 1" has 1,084 miles on it.... sketchy? I think so. I am still waiting 5 months later for a discount I was supposed to receive that they would get to me. Many e-mails have been sent with no response. Jerry's Ford SUCKS, get your vehicle somewhere else. More

Worst buying experience EVER! Terrible experience. Per internet and text messaging pricing agreement confirmed...so I thought. Price NEVER did reduce to what I said I would pay (52,250); yet, it was agreed to and I have the emails to prove it. I also have the internet pricing documentation and NEVER received the internet savings I was promised, but was told I had to pay an extra 1,000 just to finance via Ford. However, they NEVER ran my credit 3 days earlier like they said UNTIL they had me to have my elderly, disabled father to drive 5 hours to the dealership ONLY to learn this and yet another price change. Then to top it all off, they threatened to have me arrested for being upset. As a result, I would not buy anything from them even though my dad would have gladly cosigned if needed. I plan to contact the BBB and VA Att. Gen. NOT for my self BUT hopefully, for the sake of other potent. buyers. One can only pray for such an organization...they need it since they have to lie to sell vehicles. More

I contacted more than 10 Ford dealers looking for a new 2014 Mustang. I received the typical responses, whether they were automatically generated or not, saying ‘come down to our dealership’ and ‘we will beat any price’. I came across several dealerships that would not provide much information unless I physically came down to the dealer or ran a credit app. Clearly this is an issue since I am from New Jersey, and most dealerships were at least a 4 to 6 hour drive. When Mouhammad contacted me, I can tell the conversation was different from the rest. He was straight to the point, with absolutely no gimmicks. He was very honest and responsive. He answered all my questions and gave me an actual quote. He tried his best to work with my offer; there was even a specific discount where I needed to sign up for a subscription, but turned out you need to be a member for a specific time to qualify for the discount. Mo reimbursed me for the misunderstanding, no questions asked. With that said, we came to an agreement, scheduled a time for pick up. I drove about 5 hours to their dealership, and the experience was phenomenal. There were NO ‘hidden fees’, and the price we agreed on was what I paid. I was also introduced to Jamie Howley who provided more detail about the car’s warranty and other options they had available. I then also worked with Sarah Eberle who is the Finance Manager. She was a pleasure to work with. No pressure whatsoever and was also straight to the point. Jerry’s Ford of Leesburg, thank you again for the amazing experience, politeness, and all of your hard work. You have an excellent team! I hope to do business again!
