Quickly diagnosed my E350 (12 years old) noise problem, found the necessary parts and installed them the next day. As always, Susan and the team in service got my F-150 in promptly, completed the oil change and tire rotation in a timely fashion, and even sent a shuttle to pick me when my truck was ready to go.
