Had a great experience with the Team at Jerry’s ! Jo was of great help and so was the financial team ! I called in on a Thursday morning to inquire for a Ford Fiesta 2019 they had in stock i mind you Jo was of great help and so was the financial team ! I called in on a Thursday morning to inquire for a Ford Fiesta 2019 they had in stock i mind you i live in IL after a few calls we managed to come to a agreement the following day i flew to VA once i got to the dealership the car was sitting in front freshly washed and detailed the staff gave me a warm welcome and all the paperwork ready in less than 5-10 minutes i was hitting the road back to IL 10/10 Fast / Reliable / communication was amazing and nice guy to conduct building with ! Would do business here again ! More

Worst car buying experience I have ever had, purchased a car and had major engine issue following day. Dealer refuses to assist in repairs. Took a month to transfer a registration, communication is terrible car and had major engine issue following day. Dealer refuses to assist in repairs. After receiving an estimate for repairs to a crank shaft engine warning code I pulled the vehicle and checked the repair codes myself. There were multiple codes not mentioned in the estimate. It turned out the issue was a low fuel pump pressure in the gas tank's fuel pump, and the engine was not getting adequate fuel. The vehicle was in a "safe" mode to protect the engine. That was the root of the problem. Even though the engine repair codes included it, it was not diagnosed in the repair estimate. Why? More

Caroline was our sales person, would like to thank her again for being so kind and easy to work with. My only disappointment was the warranty. Only covers 50% of some things and not a great warranty either. I was told by the another sales person it had a warranty before I looked at the car. Then when we went to purchase they said that it had no warranty. Because it was in the texts conversation, they did honor it. Purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer. Will definitely purchase from them again!
