What a wonderful experience! Jason and the staff at Jerry's Hyundai made my dreams come true in this visit. I came to the dealership from 2 hours away with a skeptical mind and a Jason and the staff at Jerry's Hyundai made my dreams come true in this visit. I came to the dealership from 2 hours away with a skeptical mind and a very specific car in mind. I also knew what features and monthly payment I wanted. Jason went above and beyond; he checked off everything on the wish list, and we were finished at the dealership much faster than we expected. I also appreciate the follow up call on the next business day to check in and make sure we were pleased with the purchase. While I am sure I'll be hanging on to my new Veloster for a long time, I can't wait until it's time for my husband to come talk to Jason about the new Hyundai G90. However, we found that we were racking up the miles on this We are thrilled with our new Elantra. We previously purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. However, we found that we were racking up the miles on this car faster than we had anticipated. Our salesman, Brian Page immediately paired us with our Elantra after a brief discussion about our need for a smaller car to help offset the miles on our Santa Fe. Mr. Page listened to our issues thoroughly and helped us into our new vehicle. He was professional and assisted us in understanding all aspects of our purchase. He's a great asset to Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford. Just so everyone is aware, sales is one part of a dealership experience. Service is the on-going experience. We have had nothing but professional service on our Santa Fe. It was the other reason we returned to Jerry's for our second purchase. Jerry's has provided us a perfect balance of professional sales and service. We will be back for future purchases. More

The only and mayor complaint is the torn carpet under the front RH seat, I was not shown it nor was I advice of the ugly look it presented until after I got home, then moved the seat all the way back to see how bad it look. First: We and our family have been customers of Jerry's since 1980 and have always been treated very well and fairly. R.I.P. Don Allen. Second: Now I'll start with the Hyundai side of the house. Here we were treated very well, shown all the models we were looking for and one we did not expect. The "Genesis!" This is one great car so that's what we are driving now.Thanks! Third: The downside. We turned our 2013 Buick Enclave on May 24th. This car was delivered over to the Buick/GMC folks that handle the turn in's on May 25th. THEY failed! The car sat for 3 weeks and most likely would be still be sitting there if I had not called on June 13th and asked the business mgr to call me He was either still on vacation or out sick. All in all a simple return phone call may have solved the problem. Finally on the 14th I got a hold of a business mgr(?) named "Gary." He handled the problem sorta. He did send a Email of the form that needed to be signed. But one can't sign a email so we drove back to the dealership, signed the form which should have been some 3 weeks prior. Let it be known, We will not be doing future business with Buick/GMC side of the house in the future. So ends some 37 years of doing business there. The Hyundai side will be our place of business with Colin and/or Brian so long as they are there. More
