Above and Beyond When we walked onto the lot right before closing we weren't expecting anything more than to test drive a New Tucson and go on our way. Tyler Lavigne not only stayed happily until 9 that night to talk with us about buying, but he worked diligently the next few days to get us exactly what we needed. Not only did he get us into the bigger and more expensive Santa Fe, He got the price down to below what we were originally going to pay for the Tucson. Tyler goes above and beyond to make sure you don't leave the lot empty handed or unhappy. He is honest, upfront, and will shoot you straight. He gladly stayed late a few days in a row to help us purchase a beautiful new car. He doesn't waste time and bends over backward to make sure everything is perfect with your new vehicle. Every time at Jerry's I have purchased a fair amount of vehicles in my life, but from start to finish now and over multiple purchases I have never had a vehicle purchasing I have purchased a fair amount of vehicles in my life, but from start to finish now and over multiple purchases I have never had a vehicle purchasing experience that was better than at Jerry's. Colin asked the right questions and took the answers to find (twice now over the last year) the EXACT car I ended up with prior to me even showing up on site. Not due to lack of options in selecting a different one, just he was able to help us find what we wanted by directing our desires against the inventory (which is always great). I will continue to buy from Jerry's in the future and recommend my friends and family visit there as well due to the overall service from Finance/Service etc, but first and foremost is because Colin cares about what he sells and the brand he represents. He is an incredible asset to a dealership. Give THIS GUY A RAISE!!! he deserves it. More
