Felt like I was treated like family. My Story? I fell in love with the Hyundai Santa Fe when I had rented one in Illinois while visiting family. Suddenly my mini van had lost it's appea My Story? I fell in love with the Hyundai Santa Fe when I had rented one in Illinois while visiting family. Suddenly my mini van had lost it's appeal when I realized that I would not have to give up seats to look sportier. But I was on the fence about purchasing a newer car since I have never had a "real" car payment. But Tim Yancy was patient with me and spent alot of time explaining the process and since I could not afford a new Santa Fe, by luck a 2013 was just received as a trade in. I never felt pressured but felt the urgency to make a decision since Tim stated that used Santa Fe's with the seven seats do not come in often. I wish I had more time to let it all sink in but I am happy with my purchase. I know that I will love the Santa Fe. I am not crazy aobut the silver color but it will grow on me. Brannon was wonderful when it came time to discuss the financing and I feel that he really worked with me. He, too, was very professional and sensitive to my nervousness. All in all, I feel like I was in great hands and would, for sure, recommend Jerry's Hyundai and others to friends and family. More

Do not recommend !!! I purchased a new Elantra from Tim Yancy which was a good car at a good price. I had shown enthusiasm for the Genesis Coupe but knew the payment would I purchased a new Elantra from Tim Yancy which was a good car at a good price. I had shown enthusiasm for the Genesis Coupe but knew the payment wouldn't be where I'd like it. About 10 months into my Elantra I got a call from Tim telling me that he can get me into the Genesis with my good standing car credit and a payment I would like. So without stepping foot into the dealership he brought me the Genesis and was taking the Elantra back on trade. When I saw that my payment would be $300 more then what I was currently paying he reassured me he would pay the difference every month. Nicer vehicle at the same price. Yes it was great for the first 3 months then the promised portion was unpayed. Needless to say I got rid of the Genesis and purchased a Mercedes from another dealership at a lesser payment the then the Elantra and definitely less than the Genesis. I do not recommend doing business with a company that supports their customers getting taken advantage of and not even sure the way the financing was handled was legal. More
