We have tried for about a year to be able to get out of our 2003 Volvo XC90 in which we were very upside-down. Dealership after dealership would not work with us. Not only did they get us financed in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata, but we were able to get a lot more vehicle for a lot less price than any of their competition. Max Stone did a fantastic job of showing us the features of the vehicle and after the deal was already done even went above and beyond to get us floor mats and an iPod cable that we thought were included but were not. Gwen, in financing was very friendly and detailed every aspect of our purchase with us. We felt very informed and all of our questions were answered in extreme detail. I was even more impressed when on Monday I called my insurance to get the new car on our insurance. I did not remember the lien-holder details so by the time I called back with the details, Jerry's had already been in contact with my insurance on my behalf. They truly went above and beyond. I'm very glad that Jerry's also sells Chevy because when it's time to buy a new truck, I plan on going there! More

I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Jerry's. I contacted them through the internet on Thursday evening and told them I was interested in a vehicle I had seen on their website. I gave him the information he needed, and we texted back and forth several times throughout the day. By the time I left work that day, he had texted me that everything was all set for me to come out the next morning. I arrived at the dealership at 1000 Saturday morning, and was on my way, in my brand new Hyundai by noon - it was great experience - everyone was very nice, and very customer service oriented. We went to Jerry's to look for a new purchase, but not necessarily the Hyundai Dealership. We looked at several different cars from different manufactureres at Jerry's and at least four other dealerships. We have made several purchases at Jerry's over past years. The friendliness, knowledge, and willingness of staff to help us was excellent. There was never any pressure but rather just a willingness to make our visit a good experience and help us in any way that they could.
