Introduction through purchase of Hyundai 2020 Palisade First visit to Jerry's Hyundai I was greeted by Zach Oakley who was very friendly and happy to help with my questions about the new Hyundai Palisade I First visit to Jerry's Hyundai I was greeted by Zach Oakley who was very friendly and happy to help with my questions about the new Hyundai Palisade I had seen advertised in the paper. Being a new model availability was limited, but did have one he could show me. Zach was very knowledgeable about the Palisade and willing to show me all it's features. He was very straight forward with pricing and any discounts I qualified for. When I decided on which one I was interested in he checked to see if any were being delivered and when. My wife and I were not quit sure if we were ready to make the purchase so I did not add my name to the waiting list at that time. A few days later I decided to drop by and see what was available. Zach was off that day and Joanne Brabson asked if she could help with any questions I had. I told her which one I was interested in so she checked to see if one was due in. Joanna found out that a delivery with the one I was interested in was due in a few days and would let me know when it arrived. I went to run some errands, but it wasn't long before Joanna called to let me know it was in. I returned to the dealership and it was the one I was interested in so we started the purchase process while it was being unloaded from the truck. The entire staff was very professional and willing to jump in to make the deal happen. Joanna worked her magic with the receiving prep crew and they were able to git the car ready that afternoon. Once ready for delivery to me Joanna went over all the feature the car had to offer. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I add. I was impressed with the entire staffs professionalism, happy , friendly atmosphere and willingness to help. Thanks to Joanna for her over the top effort and Zach for getting the ball rolling. More

Great Customer Service, Great Value I recently bought my son a new car from Jerrys Hyundai. I found the same car at Hyundai of Burleson that was advertised for much less. When I called I recently bought my son a new car from Jerrys Hyundai. I found the same car at Hyundai of Burleson that was advertised for much less. When I called Burleson there were an additional $1764.00 in dealer options that were not included in the advertised price. My salesman at Jerry's told me that would be the case. Jerrys price was all inclusive + TTL. Honest and upfront from the first dialogue. Jerrys beat the best price that Burleson could offer for the same car. The total purchase took less than two hours in total. Jason Juts took the time to demonstrate all of the features of his new Hyundai Veloster. Excellent salesman, Great dealership and great value.
