My wife and I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe SEL from Jerry’s Hyundai. We looked at half a dozen other vehicles with similar features at other dealerships. Our sales rep Tim was by far the best salesman I’ve met. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. His enthusiasm for Hyundai really won us over. I originally didn’t even have the Santa Fe on my list of cars to look at and my wife already ruled out the Kona due to lack of space in 2nd row seating. I was really just wanting to check the Kona out with no intentions on buying a Hyundai. After I spoke with Tim and he asked us a few questions he found the perfect car for us. Both Tim and Tony were trustworthy individuals helping us however possible. When we came back to purchase it was late. Another sales rep Charlie stayed with my wife and I to take care of all paperwork and financing. The store stayed open late to accommodate us plus two other couples purchasing vehicles. I was very impressed with the customer service and support everyone received. I will recommend Jerry’s to my family and friends and greatly appreciate the upfront no hassle approach of Tim and his colleagues. More
