From the get go, Bailey provided excellent customer service and took ownership of the whole process. My husband was able to finalize all the details with Bailey over phone/emails and all I had to do was to show up! As I pulled in the dealership, I saw my car waiting for me outside, gleaming in the sunlight with a big SOLD sign with my name on it :) The whole experience was smooth and refreshing.
