From the get go, Bailey provided excellent customer service and took ownership of the whole process. My husband was able to finalize all the details with Bailey over phone/emails and all I had to do was to show up! As I pulled in the dealership, I saw my car waiting for me outside, gleaming in the sunlight with a big SOLD sign with my name on it :) The whole experience was smooth and refreshing. Overwhelmed with the Service Department On my way to work that morning and my 2013 Veloster would not accelerate, so I called a towing service and had it towed to Jerry's Hyundai Service Dep On my way to work that morning and my 2013 Veloster would not accelerate, so I called a towing service and had it towed to Jerry's Hyundai Service Department. Later that day I received a call from Nick Northrip; he informed me that he would be my service advisor and explained what they had determined to be the problem. It sounded expensive, but he had already checked and I was covered under the 100,000 mile powertrain warranty...Great News! Picked my car up on Thursday evening just before closing time; on the way home I noticed an unfamiliar noise, so first thing Friday morning I took it back to Nick. Within 15 minutes he informed me that he and his technician agreed with me and would need to keep the car; he offered a "loaner" which I accepted. Long story short...it was determined that I needed a new engine and once again he had checked and it would be covered under the 100,000 mile warranty. He put me in a brand new "loaner" car (2019 Sonota with 83 miles), had to get corporate approval to replace the engine, kept me informed and went above & beyond. By the way my car had 93,800 miles when I brought it in and it was purchased at another Hyundai dealership. More
