Colby helped get us the price we wanted with the features we needed. He was personable, knowledgeable and prompt in our email and phone exchanges. Excellent Purchase Experience I was looking for a Hyundai dealership near me via Google search. Jerry's Hyundai was not the closest, but it had the best overall reviews. I found a I was looking for a Hyundai dealership near me via Google search. Jerry's Hyundai was not the closest, but it had the best overall reviews. I found a car in their inventory that I wanted to look at during my online search, so I "Saved" it. Since it was a Sunday I could not contact the dealership, but within an hour I had an email from the Internet Sales Manager, Tim Yancy. The following day I went in to look at and test drive the car I had saved during my search. Tim was very helpful and great to work with. He did not pressure me, nor did he act annoyed by my many questions and concerns. I did not purchase the car that day because I had some things to handle prior to a purchase. Tim was very accommodating to my need to wait on the purchase. I went back the following day and traded my car and purchased the one I had test driven the day before. Tim had everything ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. The car was cleaned and ready as well. Brannon took care of the finance process and got me the very best deal that was available. He was very friendly and made the finance process seem much less stressful and faster than most that I have experienced in the past. I never felt any sales pressure and left feeling good about the choices I had made. My past car buying experiences have all taken about 5 hours to complete. I was in and out in less than 3 hours and I left feeling like a valued customer. This dealership is farther from my home than I would like, but it is worth going the distance. More
