Quick car sale and excellent follow up by salesman! I have purchased many vehicles from dealerships before and none have been as pleasant an experience as it was with Jason Jutz at Jerry's Hyundai. What I have purchased many vehicles from dealerships before and none have been as pleasant an experience as it was with Jason Jutz at Jerry's Hyundai. What made this experience stand out was the amount of time I spent at the dealership. We arrived at the dealership and within about 2 hours, we were driving off in a nice used 2018 Expedition. Jason worked with the financing guy to ensure we knew what was going to happen up front which made the sign off much quicker as well. A day after we bought the truck, I noticed a small ding in the driver's side door (it was raining at the dealership and hard to notice detail like this) as well as a tiny chip in the windshield. I notified Jason Jutz of this and he is offering to fix those items for us at no charge! This, ladies and gentlemen, is outstanding customer service and customer loyalty. I am not just another customer that they forget after my money is their hands. Well played Jason! More
