Excellant Customer Service I came in for an oil change but also wanted to have the tires checked. Nick was the Service Representative that assisted me - I'd never seen him befor I came in for an oil change but also wanted to have the tires checked. Nick was the Service Representative that assisted me - I'd never seen him before and I've been coming to this dealership for many years. About twenty minutes later, Nick advised me that the oil change as well as other inspections and services were completed. He also advised me that my tires were wearing on the insides and that a four wheel alignment was needed to correct the issue. I was so impressed at how well he explained, in detail what the problem was. Normally I wouldn't have accepted this advice, but I was convinced that he knew what he was talking about, and asked him to proceed with the repair. In addition to thoroughly knowing his job, Nick was exceptionally professional. I was so impressed, I made a point to tell the General Manager of my experience before I left.
