I was shocked, stressed, and overwhelmed to say the least. I LOVED my vehicle that I JUST purchased at Jerry's Hyundai. I knew I wanted the same vehicle, the same great salesperson; Jason Bailey, and I knew exactly what dealership I wanted to work with again. BUT little did I know they didnt just want to sell me another car. They even helped gather information and documents for insurance claim purposes and help me process my gap insurance claim. Now I am an owner of a 2019 Santa Fe and couldn't be happier with the vehicle, customer service, and price? THANK YOU More

The first dealership we visited presented us with misleading numbers on the paperwork and had add-ons that for the most part negated the the rebate and discounts. It was a relief when we visited Jerry's and were met with fair prices and numbers that made sense. Our salesman, Colin, was quite personable. Jerry and his wife stopped in for a visit and I spoke to them as well. They were down to earth and appreciative of our business. It was the evening before Thanksgiving so the employees were supposed to go home early, but these gentlemen stayed and didn't make us feel that we were imposing on their time. This was the third car we purchased at Jerry's and it has always been a pleasant experience. I would recommend Jerry's to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More

He was totally responsive, personally checked out the vehicle and even sent additional photos for our review. A complete Carfax was also made available. At 73, we've bought a lot of cars in our time--Zack's courtesy, responsiveness and willingness to work with us to get the vehicle was by far, the best service we have ever experienced! EVERYTHING was exactly as described. Zack did all his homework before we arrived ( a 4 hour trip one way) and kept us informed on what he was doing. Would buy again from this dealer and from Zack.
