Excellent Service We have always taken our Hyundai Santa Fe to Jerry's since it's purchase in 2014, and I can honestly say the service has always been exceptional. The We have always taken our Hyundai Santa Fe to Jerry's since it's purchase in 2014, and I can honestly say the service has always been exceptional. The crew always listens to our questions and concerns, and provide answers for us. Early on after purchase, they brought to our attention that our battery seemed to be discharging too quickly and replaced it without charge. On our most recent maintenance visit, Nicholas met us and addressed us by name, assisted us in using our service coupon, explained the recommended service for our car in a way we could understand and had the car back to us, all clean after a wash in a jiffy. And I might add that Josh is always there for us too, from answering our questions over the phone or in person, to just stopping by to say hello and how are things going. We live over 1/2 hour from Jerry's, but don't mind the drive when the service is this good! More

Great experience ! I reluctantly went to finally replace my 2002 Hyundai Elantra. This was my first experience buying a car so I was pretty hesitant, but Mario came out I reluctantly went to finally replace my 2002 Hyundai Elantra. This was my first experience buying a car so I was pretty hesitant, but Mario came out and helped us. He made it a point to ask me about my budget and what I was looking for. I saw a car I really liked and test drove it, then we got the numbers on it, both Mario and Mike stayed so late working on getting my new car financed. Mike was wonderful at explaining my new purchase to me and really took the time to make sure he answered all my questions. This was my first time buying a car and it was such a great experience, I am so thankful for both Mario and Mike because at first this was so intimidating for me but they made it so easy and I never felt pressured. I love my new car!!! More
