Jerry's Hyundai

I went into Jerry's to visit a friend and purchsed a car! Tuesday I called Dayana and told her I might be interested in trading cars. She said Tuesday was normally her day off and she had a dental appointment Tuesday I called Dayana and told her I might be interested in trading cars. She said Tuesday was normally her day off and she had a dental appointment but she was going in after that. I told her I was not in hurry but she assured me she would be in. I arrived while she was in the dentist and JoAnn her friend offered to go for a test drive. I liked the Sonata Limited Hybird and by the time we got Dayana was back and she had the best price of the car ready. This is the 15th Hyundai I have purchased from Dayana and she knows to give me the best price the first time, which she did and it beat the other dealer so I again purchased from her. Dayana said the car had got dusty so she had the make ready crew reclean it. She went over a checklist of all the cars systems and took time to explain the items I had questions about. Within a few minutes I had my new car. Brannon the F&I man knows to not waste time telling me about an additional warranty so in about 3 minutes he had paper word complete. This is the best run dealership I have seen in over 60 years!!!!!!! Prior to my leaving I had a nice visit with Stephen the General Manager. There is NEVER PRESSURE NOR LYING in this store and I have recommended to many folks. More

Excellent Service We have always taken our Hyundai Santa Fe to Jerry's since it's purchase in 2014, and I can honestly say the service has always been exceptional. The crew always listens to our questions and concerns, and provide answers for us. Early on after purchase, they brought to our attention that our battery seemed to be discharging too quickly and replaced it without charge. On our most recent maintenance visit, Nicholas met us and addressed us by name, assisted us in using our service coupon, explained the recommended service for our car in a way we could understand and had the car back to us, all clean after a wash in a jiffy. And I might add that Josh is always there for us too, from answering our questions over the phone or in person, to just stopping by to say hello and how are things going. We live over 1/2 hour from Jerry's, but don't mind the drive when the service is this good! More
