On this visit we asked John Merrill if he could find the service record for a vehicle my wife and I were interested in buying for my grandson. He went far and above to find the carfax service record on the vehicle which proved valuable in our decision process to purchase the vehicle. I started with a different salesman, who did a great job as well just excelled in Cadillac's and not Hyundai's, and he introduced me to Bailey who helped me set up my car and taught me everything about it that I needed to know. I also added leather and heated seats. I was running late to take my car back to get them installed and he stayed after hours to wait on me. I would highly recommend Bailey to ANYONE! He was great! Almost 5 stars I am old and never drive anywhere by myself anymore and certainly don't make major purchases without my husband, but he was out of town that day so I I am old and never drive anywhere by myself anymore and certainly don't make major purchases without my husband, but he was out of town that day so I headed out from Hillsboro to Weatherford alone. Mario and everyone who worked there seemed to understand what a miracle it was that I had made out there so they made the whole process as quick and easy and painless as they could. Mario couldn't have been nicer to me but he's young and very, very busy and seemed a little distracted with thoughts of everything else he needed to do that day. I realize how hard it would be to take care of all his duties at the dealership and also be a husband and father so I feel selfish and petty when I say I wish I could have felt like I had his whole, undivided attention. He's going to feel terrible when he reads this because I'm sure he believed he was giving me his whole, undivided attention but maybe he could just take this as constructive criticism and practice totally being "in the moment" with people. They actually offered to drive the new car home for me so that I didn't have to leave it or my old one at the dealership and I thought that was super nice. A little damage occurred, to the car I had purchased, on the way home here but they immediately offered to take care of that and repaired it free of charge. I guess I would call it an almost perfect car buying experience. Thank you to everyone who helped make me comfortable and I LOVE MY BEETLE!! More
