Excellent customer service by far!! I've had been online searching for a certified pre owned small SUV. Found few, but the customer service a those dealerships were just awful. So one la I've had been online searching for a certified pre owned small SUV. Found few, but the customer service a those dealerships were just awful. So one late nite, I went back online but this time to read ALL the reviews of happy customers at Jerry's Hyundai; yes, I read the not too happy ones in regards of the finance department. BUT even that, I decided to drive, in a pretty hot saturday, all the way to Weatherford, TX to test drive and check out a blue Tucson. I did drive it, but was not 100% sure abt it, till we saw, few SUVs on the left side, a beautiful pre owned white Tucson Sport. Yes, couple $$$ more BUT worth it!! Mr. Tim and the new guy (sorry I cannot remember his name but he WAS great!) were awesome in doing their part; and working with Carson in the finance department, he sure IS the person to work with. As a woman looking for her 3rd car, Jerry's Hyundai DID treated me with respect (NOT like the other dealerships I visited in Dallas) and I can say they just earned one more satisfied customer. More
