Joanna and Branson both did a great job taking care of me on the phone and during my visit. I showed up near closing and although Branson made dinner plans with his wife, he stayed late with me for a test drive. Hopefully his wife forgives me. Asbel also stayed later than their hours to discuss their selling philosophy, talk numbers, and describe the warranty in great detail. All this info was greatly appreciated. As it was near 7pm, I didn’t have a chance to purchase that night. But I showed up early the next day, Branson had the car cleaned & gassed, and Carson completed my paperwork/financing in about an hour. It was easy, the staff were attentive, and my experience was very positive...not what you’d normally expect when car shopping. In fact, I got a phone call later that day from Carson who noticed a (very, very minor) error in the paperwork. He offered to drive to my house with the updated contract, resulting in a slightly lower monthly payment. Living 30 minutes away from Weatherford, this saved me an extra hour of driving back to the dealership. I’m impressed that when the error was caught, they were quick to make amends and not put me out for a signature. Long story short, next time I’m in the market for Hyundai, driving to Jerry’s will be worth the time. More

Others said it couldn't be done After months of researching a new car to replace the PHEV I had leased (different make), I decided on the Ioniq PHEV. I checked online pricing through USAA and all the local dealerships said the car isn't sold in Texas and I'd have to get one from out of state. Then, Mario Rivera from Jerry's in Weatherford called and said the GM, Stephen Jimenez, wanted to sell the PHEV and if I would be patient, they would get one. We didn't know when it would arrive or the color at that time. Over the weeks, Mario kept me informed as any information came in. Even though I had to turn in my leased vehicle before the new one arrived, Jerry's worked with me so I could get around for a few days. The car arrived, was detailed and tinted. When I took delivery, Stephen said they will be getting more of these cars in stock. I really like the Ioniq. A LOT! It's stylish, has a longer range and is much more efficient than my former vehicle! It will take a while to learn the nuances and technology. I'm so grateful to the folks at Jerry's for being open-minded and forward thinking enough to sell the PHEV. First dealership in Texas to get an inventory! More
