We were very displeased with the service we received due to one of our salesman telling us that he could care less if he made the sale or not. Really??? Who says that to customers? Anyways, I found this truck last minute and decided to go take a look. I called Dayana on the way up there and told her I was interested. I still had my guard up from the previous encounters with salesman, but she removed all doubt immediately even over the phone. After we arrived to Jerry's, she was super excited to see us and answered all of our questions. The buying process was super easy and convenient, Carson was very helpful and didn't push any warranties or extra coverages that we didn't want. I highly recommend this place, and from our experience, ask for Dayana Northrip. She wasn't pushy at all and the best part is she treated us like family. The Grand experience of buying the Grand Cherokee One Friday afternoon while taking our wrecked Camry to Durant auto body collision center we gazed across the parking lot and there it was our new Gran One Friday afternoon while taking our wrecked Camry to Durant auto body collision center we gazed across the parking lot and there it was our new Grand Cherokee on the Durant Hyundai lot calling out for us to test drive it. Once on the lot out came the vulture named Branson eager to help us. Branson is very knowledgeable about cars with a passion for helping people get what they need. We spent a lot of Branson’s time test driving two vehicles then left the lot. Branson called and kept us informed on the vehicle we looked at as well of new ones he got in. We couldn’t make it back till the next Tuesday, lucky for us the car was still there and Branson too. We talked on the phone with Branson about price and he was able to get us a better price then before so we went and test drove the Grand Cherokee again and bought it.
