I have not have pleasant car buying experiences in the past. I knew what I wanted and what I would pay for it. Isaac and Carson went out of their way to make sure everything was completed. Isaac contacted me with the perfect car and followed up with me even though I had original talked to someone else a few weeks back. He understood what I wanted and provided a top notch experience. I am a controller for a 18 wheel distributor and would steal both of these guys in a heart beat. Thanks for getting me in and out in 30 minutes. Nice experience Purchased a new car through Jerry’s hyundai on Saturday. The specific car we went to look at was in the process of being purchased when we arrived an Purchased a new car through Jerry’s hyundai on Saturday. The specific car we went to look at was in the process of being purchased when we arrived and they didn’t have another of the year and trim we were looking for. We went back to our car to restrategize our next car buying move and Isaac (sales) ran out to us and said he had found the year and trim we were looking for at another dealership and it could be there on Monday. We went in it to discuss it and negotiate price. He was able to work with us and we purchased the vehicle. I do believe they undershot the value of my trade-in, but through other negotiations we were able to get a price we had anticipated. One downside was after having purchased the vehicle, we had to wait a considerable amount of time waiting to speak with finance and sign the papers. However it was on a beautiful sunny day after a week of rain, so they were busy. More
