Great Experience! I personally have gone through 9 new car purchases (5 of which were Hyundia's) in my lifetime, and this was by far one of the most pleasurable ones. However, this car was purchased by my daughter and her husband and I was only here to support them in their first car buying experience. I can't say enough good things about Dayana. She was very responsive to the initial email that I sent inquiring about the vehicle they purchased and when I had talked to her on the phone to tell her what their budget was. Pleasant Auto-Buying Experience Since I am not familiar with Weatherford, it was my initial visit to Jerry's Hyundai. He did ask what we were looking for and proceeded to both show us and explain changes to the automobile. Since I somewhat knew what I wanted (2013 Santa Fe for trade) plus I felt that I was better treated at Jerry's Hyundai than at other Hyundai dealers, I was prepared to make the trade and sale. We agreed new car pricing over the phone, and discussed the process for evaluating the 2010 Camry that we planned to trade in. When we arrived at the dealership, everything went forward as discussed. No surprised on the new car, and the team was very expedient, reasonable and open in evaluating our trade-in. We were quickly able to reach a fair priced deal all around and my wife and I were on our way, with the new Sonata, the same morning.
