My Experience I drove all the way from Roscoe for this vehicle, because the staff was friendly, not pushy, and the price was right. I had called several places over the past several weeks while looking for a new vehicle, just to ask specific questions. ALL the other places I called would end up hounding me after one call. When I called and spoke with Colin, he was very knowledgeable of the questions I asked, and never once tried to sell me a car on the spot over the phone!!! After more searching, I contacted HIM again, and he was able to have a car ready for me that met all my expectations and pricing before I ever even made the long drive from Roscoe to Weatherford. He was very down to earth, and nothing like I expected a car salesman to be. I was really dreading the experience of buying my first car (you've heard the horror stories), but my research prior to arrival, and the wonderful staff at Jerry's Hyundai made the experience wonderfully easy and pain-free. My car was ready for a test drive when I arrived, and the process from pulling on the lot until paperwork was signed and I was off the lot with my new car was just over an hour. And just to be perfectly clear-I DO NOT HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT-so I know the customer service I received wasn't due to being some "important person". I will be sticking with Jerry's Hyundai for all my future car needs for years to come! More
