Great experience - no gimmicks - real people. I shopped local auto dealers and found that they had very little inventory for the type of deal I wanted. They had a lot of high end loaded packages I shopped local auto dealers and found that they had very little inventory for the type of deal I wanted. They had a lot of high end loaded packages that were out of my price range. I was looking for the best deal within my price range so I went online and searched the make/model I wanted within a 25 mile radius of my home. Jerry's Hyundai popped up, I saw a Santa Fe Sport in my price range that looked too good to be true. I filled in my information requesting details and within 30 minutes, Jason Jutz, internet sales manager, responded via e-mail even though it was his day off. The next morning we exchanged a few more e-mails and that afternoon, I went to see him. He had both the vehicles that I was interested in ready for me to test drive and I drove home in my new Santa Fe Sport that night. Jason was easy to communicate with from the first e-mail, to follow up phone calls to closing the deal. I really liked how he took care of everything right up to the point of sending me to the finance department. It was refreshing to not get handed off from him to someone else to try to sell me everything under the sun before I got to finance. There was absolutely no high pressure to do anything other than get the car that I wanted at a price that I wanted to pay. Jason was very courteous and attentive to my wishes and even called me the next day after the sale to see how I was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. He was terrific! More
