I initially made my contact with Jerry's Mitsubishi via email, to which the sales consultant was very response. I worked with Kris Beall from the point he emailed me, and he was exceptionally responsive, email, to which the sales consultant was very response. I did not feel pressured at any point to purchase the vehicle, and I feel like I received an honest answer to all of my questions. Other dealers can be misleading in their pricing of a vehicle, but I found Kris to take a more transparent approach, which really made me trust him. I would highly recommend working with this sales consultant, as he really makes the new car buying process quite simple. When I arrived for the test drive, he already had the vehicle pulled out and tagged. When I made the purchase, Kris even returned my old license tags to the State for me. Not to mention I got a great price on my purchase, a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. The warranties and Tires for Life program also sweeten the offer. More
