Fast and friendly service! My first time visiting this dealership since the new owner took over so I didn’t know what to expect. Did not honor free oil changes that were part of the purchase from previous dealership owner. I understand how that may be difficult however we were never notified of this policy change, yet they were a purchase from previous dealership owner. I understand how that may be difficult however we were never notified of this policy change, yet they were able to notify us that they would purchase our used vehicle that they have all the maintenance records for. When we inquired about the free oil change after service we were then notified they stopped honoring that service 6 days prior. I felt it bad business for their lack of consideration to keep a customer of 8 years. Too bad as they made some improvements for ease of online appointments and notifcation system. More
