Needed an oil change, and had engine issues. They broke the zipper on seat cover when checking the air bag in the seat and informed me it would be over 800.00 to fix. I did not break the zipper, They broke the zipper on seat cover when checking the air bag in the seat and informed me it would be over 800.00 to fix. I did not break the zipper, so they ended up not charging me for it, but we should have been informed better of the issues that were taking the service so long. We did not get our car back until the end of the next day when we were told it should be done by the end of day one. We have always had good service with Jessup, so was surprised at the lack of professionalism this time. We will be back though. It’s a good dealership…must have had a bad day. More

It was fine until the service was for. Had to then wait for them to bring the car around. There were several car porters just hanging around and goofing off. My first experience with the service department was not the best but was made up for when a mobile mechanic came to my home and worked on my 2018 Bolt. David Delgadillo was fabulous. He was communicative, the best but was made up for when a mobile mechanic came to my home and worked on my 2018 Bolt. David Delgadillo was fabulous. He was communicative, asked the correct questions and worked very hard to repair my car. He left no stone unturned and made my day! The car has been running very well since then and I cannot say enough how great this mechanic was. All the service people at Jessup could learn a lot from David in terms of how to treat a customer.
