Jason in service is amazing! Jason was very welcoming and eased my stress of having to bring my car into the service department. He patiently explained to me how my transmission Jason was very welcoming and eased my stress of having to bring my car into the service department. He patiently explained to me how my transmission works and why it could be having some of the problems that I was experiencing. He was quick at getting back to me after the tech completed the diagnostic and let me know that my problems were minor compared to what I anticipated!
