I bought my first truck here 17 years ago. Dropped by the other day and purchased a Nissan Frontier. The staff were very helpful and made the buying process a very pleasant experience. They built a whole new showroom and service center a couple of years ago. The building is beautiful and the service waiting area is about as comfortable as it gets. We had a very positive interaction with Emmanual while we purchased our car at Santa Rosa Nissan. He was very polite, informative and was very recepitve to our needs. We had intended to only go into look at cars and he solidified our decision to purchase the car now rather than wait three more month which we intended to do. He spent a great deal of time taking us for test drives, going over all the features of the car and we were impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. Most importantly he walked us through the entire process including meeting with the financial advisor for Nissan. He went over every detail of the vehicle and I have never had a salesman spend so much dedicated time going over all the options in the car. Thus far we are so pleased with Emanuel's expertise and we are so happy to have purchased the car from Nissan. More

Myself being 6'3" I needed a model without the sunroof (which takes nearly an inch from the headroom). From reviews it looked like the Altima without the sunroof would be the one. Unfortunately there was non on the lot with features combination that I wanted. Hey Nissan, why don't you offer cars without sunroof with better packages (navigation and premium sound package only comes with sunroof) ? We were about to leave when decided to try the LEAF. My coworker has one and I was familiar with features and capabilities. David Hughes took care of us at that time. Test drive was great. We spend another 2 hours discussing details of incentives from government and manufacturer, charging system etc and David took care off the paperwork right there at the dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable about the electric car design and the ecosystem that goes with it. Now I drive 99MPG car without compromising a), b) (installed seat bracket extenders to gain 5" of legroom), c) or d). Jerry More
I found the car I was interested on-line, so I went down to check it out. I was very happy that I wasn't pressured into looking at other vehicles that I wasn't interested in. Andrew stayed focused on the car that I came to see and was very knowledgeable about it and its history. Overall we didn't spend a lot of time haggling over the price. I got them to come down from the asking price and once again for a little more. I believe I got a fair deal. I was very happy with the allowance they gave me on my trade-in. That was the "deal-maker". This was not a high pressure sale at all (which is the biggest plus in my book). And the finance department was very helpful completing the transaction. Yes, they do fill you in on all of the add-ons (which is what they are supposed to do) but, they take "no, thank you" for an answer and move on. They even gave me a significant break on the 100K mi/7yr bumper to bumper extended warranty with my Costco membership. From the time I walked in to the dealership until I left was about 3 hours which included the test drive and waiting for my wife do bring in the trade-in vehicle from home. This is on par with or better than other dealerships I've purchased cars from. More
