This is the second time I go to Nissan of Santa rosa to buy a car especially with jose posadas, I had a nice experience the first time he helped me to get my first new car that's why I returned to Nissan o buy a car especially with jose posadas, I had a nice experience the first time he helped me to get my first new car that's why I returned to Nissan of Santa rosa after being looking for a car in another dealers, jose was do friendly, he took his tIme to help me, no rush and he answered all my questions, he never got tired of showing me different cars and the dealer's manager was nice too, he lean me another car till my new car arrives, I highly recommend this dealer and definitely, I will go back there for my next car purchase. Thank you Jose posadas! I'm so exited driving my 2013 Nissan altima. The car great!!!! More
I had the worst experience ever here my husband an I went to this dealer we were being helped by a salesman that was very rude since the begining, we were there to look at the 2012 maxima and we let the sal to this dealer we were being helped by a salesman that was very rude since the begining, we were there to look at the 2012 maxima and we let the salesman know that, but he kept asking us what kind of pay net we wanted so after he kept insisting and insisting we told him, " we are just here to look at the vehicle" so he got upset left us standing there with the trunk open and said you know what have a nice day very.rudely and walked away, we were shocked we just stood there thinking, did he just do that? So we went inside and complained to the manager but sometimes I'm not sure if the manager puts them on the spot for doing stuff like that, anyway I don't know the salesmans name but he was Asian, they would have won our business if they would have treated us the right way so a week later we ended up going to NORTHBAY NISSAN in Petaluma and purchased our maxima from them, everyone there was proffecional and gave us many options and they didn't blow us off just because we wanted to look at a car, and we didn't feel pressured like the Nissan in Santa rosa. If you want to purchase a car go to Petaluma we had a wonderful experience there and they care about you, talk to GUY CROSBIE he is the one that helped us in Petaluma and he is great!!!! More

Had a 2009 Nissan Murano that had electrical problems which frequently resulted in a dead battery, and I had become very disenchanted with the vehicle. During my initial experience with service, I spoke with Preston Lindner about trading in this vehicle, and he was very supportive and informed about what I was looking for in another vehicle. His patience, professionalism, and optimism never waned between April and July of this year when we finally found the right vehicle for me to trade the Murano for. Jason Grey was also knowledgeable and a pleasure to complete paperwork with. The men in the service department are delightful and have a great sense of humor which helped diffuse my frustration with getting to the bottom of the Murano's electical problem. I have recommended Preston to several people and would highly recommend the dealership and service to anyone, for any reason. Thanks to all at Santa Rosa Nissan/KIA. More

In buying my new Nissan i was very pleased with the way i was treated both by don and ken...they even took me to the insurance place! wow i am very satisfied with the way they handle things and would defiant was treated both by don and ken...they even took me to the insurance place! wow i am very satisfied with the way they handle things and would defiantly recommend this dealer. ken was very funny for a moment there i had forgotten i was signing my life away. When I drove onto the lot I was greeted by a sales person , and he promptly paged David and offered us something to drink and a chair.
