I was planning on oil change, got a new car instead. Great experience compared to my experience two years ago when I purchased 2009 nissan rogue with different sales person. I left feeling cheated and confused and until this day I feel he charged me for a 2010 Nissan rogue, but gave me a 2009 rogue. The paperwork on file states I got a 2010. I did call the manager several times to clarify the situation, not helpful when I did speak with him once. Several calls messages left, phone call not returned. It would be nice if someone could check records and pricing for 2009 rogue as I was way overcharged, I did not even get rebates they were offering at the time. I was shopping for a new car and the KIA Soul was top on my list. Jose Posados was friendly, polite, and respectful.
