During the early process, where the Leaf was backordered for months, he kept in positive contact with us to let us know his estimates of delivery times and to get us ready for the installation of our home charging station. As the delivery grew nearer his contacts became more frequent as he shared information about the car and the process. On the day of the delivery he spent nearly 4 hours with us going over all of the details of the purchase and again helping us make sense of the electronics in the Leaf. Don Harris at Santa Rosa Nissan Dealership got me a car I love and at a price my Dad could afford for me. I had been researching the 2012 redesigned Versa SL sedan, and had my mind set. I did, however browse Manly and Hansel dealerships, and received horrible service. I was approched by a very nice and kind man, David Hughes when I arrived at Nissan of Santa Rosa, and explained my situation. David right away took me to see the very same car i'd been wanting. We went for a test drive, and I was immediately hooked!. Now came the somewhat hard part, getting financed!. David was very understanding of my situation, and was determined to make this work for me!. I was then helped by Chad Corser, a very nice, and extremely knowledgeable Finance manager. Chad without a doubt went to bat for me, and was able to get me financed with a good loan. I drove away with my new car that same day and could not be more happy with this extremely friendly and helpful team at Nissan of Santa Rosa! I look forward to bringing in my new car for every service there! More
