When we arrived we were greeted by Niko Griggs. We told him what we wanted and he showed us the Armada we came for. We then went to his cubicle and the offices are light , bright and very clean with a nice him what we wanted and he showed us the Armada we came for. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership!!! I received an internet quote that was acceptable (I had received two others but Don gave me the lowest)before test driving the car. I loved the car but wasn't sure that I was going to love the process due to my experiences in the past. Don was able to come through on everything he promised and worked with my budget. This is something I'm not used to from a dealership. Usually, it's "I'm sorry my sales manager says that I can't go that low." Don also is able to do this in a very low key manner which I appreciated. Purchasing a car can be a very tedious and irritating experience. I am VERY pleased to say that this is the first time my experience has GREATLY exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Don's services to anyone who wants a good car buying experience! Ken, the financial specialist, was also a pleasure to deal with. Upon arrival home with my new car I received a phone call from him stating that he had been able to find a lower interest rate on my loan. Needless to say, I was pleased with this bit of good news.
