Horrible dealership. No ethics at all. Leased a Nissan there and they screwed me out of $1250 in taxes that did not need to be paid (CALaw) when I bought out the lease No ethics at all. They lied to me at every step and delayed my lease purchase because I wouldn't sell it back to them. When I asked "Is this how you treat your customers? The General Manager said that's my problem, not theirs! He told me I was "Taking advantage" of a strong used car market! Yes, I was! Why sell it to them under market?? When I said the State of California says I am entitled to a sales tax refund, he said "Well, we don't think you are!" and refused to sign my state refund request! I have documents from the state that show this... they were frustrated as well. Buy / Lease your Nissan in Petaluma. These people are unethical and will screw you when they get the chance. Don't do business here.... Go down the road to Petaluma Nissan. More
