I called to get some more answers done for a appointment I had to get recalls on my car repaired/replaced/updated and I got a call but missed it by 1 minute, was left a voicemail and immediately called back I had to get recalls on my car repaired/replaced/updated and I got a call but missed it by 1 minute, was left a voicemail and immediately called back and no answer, instead the next day I got a call from a service advisor that answered my question about a rental being covered by warranty and they said they would have one there for me and that was it. I live an hour and a half away and am a very busy person so I was pleased to hear that I was gonna be able to just drop my car off and go instead the day turned out for me to waste 6 hours of the day, I spent about 3 and a half hours there waiting then the drive back because turns out I couldn’t get a rental. It would’ve been nice to have done a little prescreen before being told I’d have the capability to leave because I had stuff to do. Im giving 2 stars because they were at least nice to me. More
