After examining your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, our technicians concluded that the vehicle is accepting fuel as designed. Today’s digital pumps often run too fast for the filler tube to keep up and cut themselves off until the fuel line is allowed to ‘burp.’ It is a common issue known to effect many makes and models.

WHAT??? The problem STILL EXISTS!!! I am tempted to take you to Court over this, it is a 20 minute job to fuel the vehicle, still smell of fuel is prevelant at rest (DID you actually do any work on it at all?) I am beginning to think you did not do what you said you did! You get this thing to fuel, and I retract ALL complaints and negative publicity you are about to receive, you RIPPED of a charity! As it turns out, we in fact PAID for all your xx repairs, I want another dealer to repair it correctly, imagine this, how Jim Browne treated this charity, you got PAID to fix the issue, I am not happy, the fuel does not accept, I will be filing complaints against this company, seems the only way I can get your attention!
