Fantastic Experience! Elvis, Sam R, Sam G, and Chris B were fantastic! I'd been researching a new vehicle, ultimately decided on a 2017 Tahoe. I considered other dealershi Elvis, Sam R, Sam G, and Chris B were fantastic! I'd been researching a new vehicle, ultimately decided on a 2017 Tahoe. I considered other dealerships but in speaking with many friends who have bought from Jim Browne in the past, there really was no question who I should get in contact with. I found the vehicle I liked online, did some research on what I felt was a good deal, what others were paying and what I should expect to pay, etc. before I went into the dealership. I reached out to Chris who put me in touch with Sam R and Elvis to get the ball rolling. We test drove then sat down to work out a deal. Again, I had run the numbers for what I thought was a good deal and they came back on the first try with even a better deal than I could have imagined! The process was super easy, no games at all, no back and forth, just a good honest deal on the first try. I couldn't be happier with how easy it was. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys! We'll be back for sure! More

Great car buying experience These guys over at Jim Browne Dade City were awesome. It was quite the drive for me, but upon arrival, they had my 2017 Chevy Camaro SS waiting for me These guys over at Jim Browne Dade City were awesome. It was quite the drive for me, but upon arrival, they had my 2017 Chevy Camaro SS waiting for me. They were very courteous and helpful. Eric Burmeister was great and helped me get to the price point I wanted. Total experience was very smooth and total time from arrival to pulling away in my new care was within a few hours. Leo in Financing was also great and very personable. I would definitely come back and recommend these guys to anyone I know. More

The easiest car buying experience ever! I have been dealing with Jim Browne Dade City for many years. No matter what you're looking for Jim Browne has the staff to take care of you. The staf I have been dealing with Jim Browne Dade City for many years. No matter what you're looking for Jim Browne has the staff to take care of you. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable about the industry and the prices the dealership offers cannot be beat. In today's hectic world, time is precious and we all know the car buying experience can be time consuming ... one of my favorite qualities about Jim Browne Dade City is that they seem to understand the customers needs and wants and if the customer is truly there to complete the deal, it will be done fast and efficiently! I just purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership, both used cars but from the looks of them you would not be able to tell. I bought a 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroads edition and a 2017 Jeep Compass. Sam Rhineberger helped to find the exact cars within my budget that I needed and was able to set me up to finish the deal with Elvis Rosado and Sam Garcia. All 3 of the gentleman took the time needed to ensure my happiness with the deals they were offering. I couldn't have asked for much more! Hands down the best dealership within the Tampa Bay area and definitely worth the drive if you're a bit out of the way!! I will NEVER go anywhere else! More

Excellent Service Department - Efficient and Well Communicat Brought my 2016 Chevy Traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was in the shop within 10 min and was on my way after only a 40 minute total Brought my 2016 Chevy Traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was in the shop within 10 min and was on my way after only a 40 minute total wait. This included the addition of an engine air filter and cabin air filter replacement. Excellent experience and would definitely recommend this dealership for service or sales. More
