This was the first time I have ever visited your dealership and was very impressed with the clean showroom and the nice looks of your complex. The salesman I dealt with was Ron Bearden who is one of the most professional kindest person I have had the pleasure to meet.You are very lucky to have a salesman like Ron.He showed me around the complex after buying the car such as the service department and customer waiting room. He was also very nice to my father who rode with me on the final ride in the Corvette that I traded in. Please pass this on to Ron and his boss. Ron is a asset to your organization. I live out of the area and I am looking forward to bringing my new car in next week for it first check. If more dealership had an employee like Ron they would be blessed. More

Horrible service dept I expected to have better service at a dealership than at a local shop but this was horrible. I called a week in advance and made an appointment so I I expected to have better service at a dealership than at a local shop but this was horrible. I called a week in advance and made an appointment so I could just wait in their lounge. It was a simple front end alignment which should only take a half hour at other shops. Two and a half hours later and lots of frustration I was given my truck. I am a huge fan of Chevrolet but this dealer will no longer be getting my business. More

Excellent and Friendly Service I took my 2012 GMC Terrain in for a scheduled oil change with tire rotation and enjoyed some fresh pop corn while waiting. Gina discovered I needed to change my air filter and found a special they had going that reduced my cost. The service was completed sooner than I expected and the best part was the cost was lower than expected. What more could you want. I will be returning for service in the future. Exceptional Service My husband and I had been shopping around for months trying to find the "PERFECT" Camaro. Every dealership that we had visited was either way over pri My husband and I had been shopping around for months trying to find the "PERFECT" Camaro. Every dealership that we had visited was either way over priced, unknowledgeable about the 2013 and 2014 Chevy Camaros, too aggressive and rude, or just didn't seem interested in selling us the car that we were looking for. I became very irritated with these dealerships and told my husband that I was no longer interested in purchasing a new car. My husband knew that I was just frustrated and disappointed so he took matters into his own hands. He continued to look for my dream car without me. Within a few days he began communicating by telephone and email with Elvis from Jim Browne Pasco Chevrolet. Before I knew it we were driving an hour and a half away from home for a test drive. Once we arrived at this dealership I was very impressed. Elvis greeted us with a smile and introduced himself as he was walking us towards the car. It was nice to see that he had taken the time to pull the car around for us and left the a/c running to continue cooling down the inside. During our test drive Elvis answered all of our questions leaving me with the thoughts in my head " Man this guy is a Camaro expert!" which was a huge plus for us. After our test drive we sat down and talked to Elvis about our trade, our budget, and all of our must haves. Dale also checked in on us to make sure that we were taken care of and completely satisfied with the entire process. I can honestly say that if it had not been for Elvis and Dale I would not be driving around in my dream car today. Elvis took care of us by providing excellent customer service, offering outstanding prices, and the best part was that he didn't try to pressure us into buying something else that we wouldn't have been happy with just to make a sale. We will be back when it's my husbands turn to purchase a new vehicle. Without a doubt this was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!!!! We will definitely recommend Elvis, Dale, and Jim Browne Pasco Chevrolet to anyone and everyone that we know. More

The service Advisor Julio Miranda took my information and showed me to the waiting room and my car was taken in right away. Very shortly my name was called over the speaker and my SUV was ready. A very nice, efficient and comfortable experience. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. More
