The Best Dealership Experience Ever! While on a recent trip down to Ft Myers from just outside of Gainesville, the water pump on our 2012 Jeep Liberty out on I-75 rest area close to Bushn While on a recent trip down to Ft Myers from just outside of Gainesville, the water pump on our 2012 Jeep Liberty out on I-75 rest area close to Bushnell. After locating and calling Jim Browne Citrus Chrysler we asked if they could possibly repair our Jeep. Being a Saturday they were naturally booked up, but they were kind enough to say for us to bring it in and they would see what they would do. After a 20 mile tow to the dealership from a very nice tow truck driver the people at the service depth were very kind the moment we stepped through the door. As we were travelling we also had our little dog with us and they allowed us to bring here inside and offered her water. They drove us to a nearby restaurant for lunch while they checked on our vehicle. As we were finished our meal, we received a phone call from the service depth that it was indeed the water pump and they would have it repaired soon. They picked us back up from the restaurant and after a short time our vehicle had been repaired. We could have been stranded all weekend but due to the outstanding service of all the employees at the service depth we only were delayed 4 hours. Special thanks to Shane and all the people involved helping us get on our way and to the kindness we were giving. Please, take your vehicles here for any of your vehicle needs. To my surprise, the pricing was exactly as advertised and there was no pressure at all. Aaron was waiting for me when I arrived and the cars I wanted to see were lined up. I paid several thousands less for a fully equipped R/T+ than the two dealers offered me in St. Petersburg and the 4 dealerships I contacted from Daytona Beach to Orlando to West Palm. I left completely satisfied that I got a great deal on a better equipped car than I ever hoped for. The icing on the cake is I have a powertrain warranty for life included for no extra charge.
