Robbie was very professional, but at the same personable and made the whole experience as simple and easy as you would want and expect! After we expressed what I wanted, he was quick to point out the best choices from the great selection of new cars. Robbie didn't hound us or push us in any direction, rather he took what I had mentioned and pointed us is several directions from the Limited models to the S sport models and everything in between. Once I and my fiancé found the one that was the best fit for us, Robbie took us back to showroom to get us into the car that we wanted! The rest of the staff were quick to help us, and it didn't take hours to have the keys in our hands, we were in and out smooth and fast, on our way home with our brand new car! My fiancé and I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it isn't going to take long for us to return to Jim Browne's Dade City location to purchase another vehicle!
