This guy worked on getting my deal together for 3 days keeping me informed the whole time. I'm the end we ended up getting exactly what we were looking for and the overall experience was just amazing. The sales staff and general manager Dale were just absolutely easy to work with. Usually there is something broken or needing service. Having to visit the service department of your dealership is not generally a happy experience. There is time spent in the waiting area, sometimes one has to receive unexpected bad news, delays in getting your vehicle serviced, parts needed to be ordered, and so forth...which makes for a unhappy experience. However, the service personnel at Jim Browne Citrus Chrysler-Jeep in Dade City repeatedly have made the experience as pleasant and painless as possible. I have used the Jim Browne Citrus Chrysler-Jeep service department in Dade City, Florida for many years, having purchased four new vehicles from the dealership, and returning for service on each of those vehicles. I have found that although returning for service is never a happy occasion, the service manager, and staff make the visit as pleasant and painless an experience as possible. This is what keeps me returning to Jim Browne Citrus Chrysler in Dade City, Florida. As an example, this past week my "Check Engine" light illuminated. Upon performing a DIAGNOSTIC TEST we learned I needed to have the vehicle serviced. I was given an appointment for service and dropped off the vehicle at the dealership the next day. Upon inspection by the service technician it was learned parts needed to be ordered, and it would be after the weekend before the parts arrived. I needed transportation for the weekend to travel on a trip I had planned for many months. The service adviser, Shane Tofthagen, was amazing. He arranged a rental car for my use while waiting the repairs to be completed. The rental car agency worked in cooperation with the dealership and supplied me a loaner to use over the weekend. Monday arrived, and so did the parts. The repairs were done efficiently, I returned the rental car, and the entire process was seamless. This is what I call a pleasant experience, with minimal inconvenience. And this is what I call "Exceptional Service" I wish to thank Shane Tofthagen, my service adviser, and David Faro, the service technician for an exemplary job well done.
