My wife and I live in Clermont Florida had been looking at the 2013 Buick Encore for several weeks and spent several hours going to several dealerships in the Orlando Florida area along with the Saint Clou at the 2013 Buick Encore for several weeks and spent several hours going to several dealerships in the Orlando Florida area along with the Saint Cloud area of Florida looking for a great deal and a dealership that was willing to make a deal considering we were trading in a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer with 200,000 miles on it, and out of all the dealerships we had been to and talked to over the phone and on the internet the individuals at Jim Browne Pasco Chevrolet Buick GMC stepped up to the plate,closed the deal and gained our business. My wife received the car that she wanted for the price she was set on paying and it all came together like clock work with the help of the professionals at Jim Browne Pasco Chevrolet Buick GMC. I suggest anyone in the surrounding areas as far away as Orlando to give these guys the opportunity to make you a deal and more than likely you will be driving your next new or used new car off they're lot just as we did. Our Salesman Ronald Bearden was polite and extremely helpful as was the Sales Manager Dale Allison and when my wife and I went into finance much to our surprise we had the pleasure of dealing with the Finance Manager Greg Hawes, another AWSOME professional with this organization. This was one of the most AWSOME car buying experiences that my wife and I have had in quite awhile and plan to come back to this dealership when we are ready to purchase our next car or truck. As for the purchasing end of things…… The entire experience was VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY COURTEOUS and what can I say, WE WERE WON OVER! We visited many, many dealerships in December, but your dealership was the last one we needed to visit. Our Salesperson, Robert Mendola, (who was the ONLY reason we even gave this Dealership a look in the first place) was honest, and an absolute exceptional person to work with, as was Ron Bearden when Robby was busy. Our finance person, Samuel Garcia, was the most CALM finance person we’ve ever worked with. Though there were some hick-ups along the road, he worked through them and made the deal work in the end. If it wasn’t for Sam, this deal would not have happened. Thank you, thank you, to both Robby and Sam for what they did to put this “mini” deal together for Isabel and I. As a footnote; being a Disabled Veteran, I’ve got to say, the 3,000 miles we put on the LaCrosse the first 10 days we had her, was the first time since sustaining my injuries, that my body did not hurt while driving great distances. Our experiences with Jim Browne Pasco started last year with a simple question concerning the 'bowtie' emblem on the front of our 2011 Camaro convertible which was cracked. The service department quickly with a simple question concerning the 'bowtie' emblem on the front of our 2011 Camaro convertible which was cracked. The service department quickly ordered a new emblem through warranty and replaced it free of charge. Our next visit was for an oil change on the Camaro, where Gina explained about the advantages of the synthetic oil for the car. After experiencing several trips to a Pennsylvania dealership trying to diagnose and repair a leak problem with the water runoff system in the Camaro, the service technicians at Jim Browne resolved the problem. While picking up the Camaro, the sales department assisted us in purchasing a 2014 Siverado 4x4. Such a wonderful experience! More

Took car in with engine service light on - got problem quickly identified. Parts were ordered and installed in a timely fashion. Got great ride home and return when car was fixed. After analysis and review by Jim Browne, and authorization to perform service by State Farm for repair work, an appt for a Monday at 9 am for which the car was brought to same. After keeping the car for an entire epweek, the manager called on the following Friday that all was left was a 4 wheel alignment. The following Monday at 4pm, I contacted the dealer about getting the car for which they said they had not done a thing about it all weekend or all day Monday. After not having my car for 10 days and having a considerable hardship imposed upon me by same, I find this dealer to be indifferent and un-caring and I bought the Buick brand new from them. Have been dealing with Patriot Chevrolet and it's previous owner for many years. I have bought several vehicles during that time and have referred several friends there also. Jim Martin, the service manager. Whenever a problem developed, whether being under warranty or not, Jim made it right! He is always friendly, knowledgeable and always steers me in the right direction, and it isn't always for their profit. I trust Jim! How many service managers can you say that about?! More
I recently was in the market to buy a new Chevy Cruze. I decided to check out Patriot Chevrolet after locating the car I liked. My wife and I went in to check this car out and had a very BAD experience. We decided to check out Patriot Chevrolet after locating the car I liked. My wife and I went in to check this car out and had a very BAD experience. We are a young couple, and the salesman and manager tried to take advantage of us due to that fact. It started with them taking the window sticker off the car before we saw it so we didn't know the price; then when we asked the price of the car they told us it was listed for $3000more than it was online. After mentioning to him that it is listed for $3000 less he told us it was incorrect and we had to be looking at a different car. After that we asked for our keys back so we could leave and he told us he was only trying to help us and not jerk us around and left us in the office. After 3minutes of waiting we had to walk to the managers office to get our keys and proceeded to leave. Two weeks later, still on the market to purchase a car, we visited Patriot again hoping to come to a deal to purchase that car. When we arrived the same salesman who was still VERY pushy and inappropriate, helped us again. He told us "This is the deal, no negotiation; I have the car being washed we just need to sign the papers." After reviewing the deal, we didn't like the offer. The salesman kept saying, "This is the best deal you're going to get, I'm 'balls deep in your trade in'". He went on to say the first time we were there, they were only trying to make money off of us, that's why they increased the price of the car. After that was said, we left the dealership and will NEVER return again! More
