This is from a friend of mine. Seems to be a bit irritated. "So the truck I bought a couple months ago started making some noise. My first thought was a wheel bearing. I took it back to the dealership and they looked at it, said it WAS a wheel bearing, and wanted to charge me $700 to repair, And they said plugs and wires might be needed, adding almost $400, Almost $1200 total...ha! I took it to a real mechanic and he said NO WAY is it a bearing, take it to a transmission shop. Today I got the call from transmission shop. $4200 for a new transmission. Jim brown with an e,,,, is garbage, slimbag, dirty crooks. Please never give them your business and please spread the word". I'll let you research his name and maybe if your dealership has ANY integrity, fix this problem or go by the wayside. Like Ed Morris Saturn of Carrollwood. More

Bought a Pre-loved Jeep from Bobby Bush. Bobby was a true professional from the start to the finish. He personally delivered the car over 70 miles away to me. Upon delivery I took the Jeep for a spin. I not professional from the start to the finish. He personally delivered the car over 70 miles away to me. Upon delivery I took the Jeep for a spin. I noticed a bad vibration in the rear end. Called Bobby back and he took the car back to their Jeep dealer the next day. The car, though not their fault needed a new rear end which was covered under manufacturer warranty. Bobby will be delivering the car back to me this Wednesday. He made a bad situation acceptable and has been nothing but a true professional. They are lucky to have him at this dealer. More
I purchased a new 2019 corvette from this dealership and while the buying experience did leave something to be desired I was tolerable. The problems happened after about a week of owning the car. I was told not to bring the car in that it was normal breaking in sounds to put 500 miles on the car and then call if the problem continues. Not what I would have expected after buying a 100K car. Shortly after that the service rear warning light came on and it was at the dealer. 17 days and a new rear end later I went to get the car only to find the rear end making noise. Again I was told to drive the car. After a short while and a lot of calls to both gm and this dealership the rear end locked up and I almost lost control of my new car on the express way. Off back to the dealer on a flat bed. The real insults start now when Andrew the service manager calls me a tells me that I have tampered with my 100k car and that they are voiding my warranty. WOW is all I can say at this point. After a long talk with GM a Service engineer was sent to look at my Corvette. It was repaired under warranty and returned to me and seem to be ok so far. To add insult to this whole bad experience I was reviewing the service orders only to find out on the first one they put no oil on and the second one had oil. Bad customer service. Dishonest service dept. The only shining star in the place was phlip my service ad visor who when above and beyond to help. Get a new job man you are way to good for this place. Stay far away from Jim Browne Chevy they could care less about you. More
Sales- Tim Dayok! I had visited several other dealers prior, and just didnt feel like I had the salespersons attention,in looking for my best interests. Sometimes it felt like they weren't all that inte prior, and just didnt feel like I had the salespersons attention,in looking for my best interests. He was very patient, and was more than willing to answer my questions. (I do alot if research so I had alot :)) I love my new Silverado, and thanks again Tim! More
Upset I took my truck in to have the GPS screen fixed. It was freezing. They sold me a new battery and updated the GPS. Called and the woman who answered said it would be another charge to look at the screen. Was very disappointed. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family not to go there and I will never buy another vehicle from them. The owner needs to stop in once in a while and see what is going on. More
