Horrible service dept I expected to have better service at a dealership than at a local shop but this was horrible. I called a week in advance and made an appointment so I I expected to have better service at a dealership than at a local shop but this was horrible. I called a week in advance and made an appointment so I could just wait in their lounge. It was a simple front end alignment which should only take a half hour at other shops. Two and a half hours later and lots of frustration I was given my truck. I am a huge fan of Chevrolet but this dealer will no longer be getting my business. More

Excellent and Friendly Service I took my 2012 GMC Terrain in for a scheduled oil change with tire rotation and enjoyed some fresh pop corn while waiting. Gina discovered I needed to change my air filter and found a special they had going that reduced my cost. The service was completed sooner than I expected and the best part was the cost was lower than expected. What more could you want. I will be returning for service in the future. The service Advisor Julio Miranda took my information and showed me to the waiting room and my car was taken in right away. Very shortly my name was called over the speaker and my SUV was ready. A very nice, efficient and comfortable experience. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. More
Service I brought my car in to have it serviced. George Xenos was the service advisor. He told me that my car was under recall for ignition problems, He iss I brought my car in to have it serviced. George Xenos was the service advisor. He told me that my car was under recall for ignition problems, He issued a work order for my car, I also told him about how my fron speakers were blown out. I explained that they had been replaced 3 timems under warenty. George had me speak to Jim Martin who is service director, I explained to him what had happened and orderd new speakers installed just as it was still under warenty. We want to let everyone know what a wonderful service department there is at Jim Brown Pasco Chevy-Buick-GMC in Dade City Florida. We have purchased many vehicles in our 50 year buying history and usual department there is at Jim Brown Pasco Chevy-Buick-GMC in Dade City Florida. We have purchased many vehicles in our 50 year buying history and usually have excellent experiences, but generally are very disappointed in our service need experiences. Jim Brown Pasco has always exceeded our service needs. From our first experience with a problem with our 2011 Camaro convertible, purchased form another Florida dealer, with Gina Caldwell through all of our service requests through George Xenos, we can only sing the praises for Jim Brown Pasco. The most recent experience was just yesterday. We dropped in to ask about a slight problem with the spray-in bedliner for our 2014 Silverado 4x4. George, with the approval of the Service Manager, Jim Martin, contacted the after-market supplier. The bedliner was repaired right then. While waiting for that repair, we asked George if he could assist with the new Bluetooth/Audio function of our new 2013 Camaro convertible. This version of the Camaro with it's new Chevy Mylink function no longer has room for a cd player. An auto audio dealer suggested using an IPOD as it would have the capacity to hold all of the data on our radio program cd's. Several people tried to give us instructions, but were really unfamiliar with our requirements. George showed us how to import the cd data through ITunes into our computer and then sync it to our newly purchased IPOD. We have only received extremely helpful and respectful assistance form George, Gina and Jim at Jim Brown Pasco, no matter what the questions or concerns. We can't find enough good words to express our pleasure with Jim Brown Pasco. We will be using Jim Brown Pasco for all of our sales and service needs. More
Took car in with engine service light on - got problem quickly identified. Parts were ordered and installed in a timely fashion. Got great ride home and return when car was fixed. After analysis and review by Jim Browne, and authorization to perform service by State Farm for repair work, an appt for a Monday at 9 am for which the car was brought to same. After keeping the car for an entire epweek, the manager called on the following Friday that all was left was a 4 wheel alignment. The following Monday at 4pm, I contacted the dealer about getting the car for which they said they had not done a thing about it all weekend or all day Monday. After not having my car for 10 days and having a considerable hardship imposed upon me by same, I find this dealer to be indifferent and un-caring and I bought the Buick brand new from them. They do not take care of their customers at the "new" Jim Browne More
