Great friendly customer service I came into the QuickLane for a custom request of a transmission service to not only have the filter changed but the whole system flushed as well. Brandon took great care of me and understood what I was looking for. He also kept the cost under what I had expected as I have been a service advisor at a competitor's store and knew what we used to charge for the same service. Their customer lounge is pretty good. Not only the regular stuff like coffee and t.v. but they also had computers dedicated to watching Netflix while you wait. I am very meticulous about the service of my F-150 and I'll be back for other services as well. Thank you Brandon! More

I realize I pay more by using the dealer but I also have piece of mind knowing my car is operational and reliable. I travel a lot over the Grapevine and do not have to worry my car will fail me. Nightmare I dropped my car at Jim Burke on Wednesday because of transmission problems. I had heard nothing by Thursday and did not get an update until I had cal I dropped my car at Jim Burke on Wednesday because of transmission problems. I had heard nothing by Thursday and did not get an update until I had called and left two voice messages. Car would end up being in the shop for six days. When I arrived to pay my bill I was told they would not accept checks for more than $1,000. The suggestion was made to use a credit card. I didn't want to do that because of the interest. It would be nice if clients knew this before getting to counter to pay. I had to use a card. Then the car wash I had been promised never happened. Car seems fine but I will make every effort to avoid Jim Burke (and warn others) of the absolute black hole of customer service the company offers. More
