I scheduled an appointment two weeks out and was told just because I have an appointment doesn’t mean my car will be seen. It took a week for my car to be seen. In the meantime, they didn’t have any rent just because I have an appointment doesn’t mean my car will be seen. It took a week for my car to be seen. The service I received my the service provider and management at this service appointment was extremely disappointment and unprofessional. I will not be returning to Jim Butler for service. More

Even with an appointment for service, it took over 7 days before my car was even looked at. Then the repair estimate was almost $3,000. I then simply left the dealership and bought a new car.
