Sold me a vehicle with the check engine light on, when I left the lot, they said it was just a sensor and to bring it back in when I had time. Customer service was awesome, highly recommended from that standpoint. Truck still has issue after $650 spent, was told a slight noise was being made, first time I turned left it made the same popping that standpoint. Kayla was very professional during my check in at 7:30 am for my 11:15am appointment. She recommended what services I needed for my vehicle to be up to date.. which I appreciated. Advised her that I would be dropping my vehicle off and would come back later in the afternoon to pick it back up.... Received a shuttle ride to work. Shortly after my day began at work, I was shocked to receive a text saying that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Had I known that a oil change, a tire rotation, and a coolant flush would have taken a little over an hour after I had left the facility, I wouldn't saved my Uber fare back there on my lunch hour and just stayed and waited. As I was getting my vehicle from the lot, I noticed a lot of dirt and grime on the fender. My only guess is this is where the mechanic had put his fender cover work mat. It would have been nice to have this cleaned off prior to picking up my vehicle. More
